Kimberly Camarena is a Legal Assistant & Litigation Support for Finney Injury Law. Kimberly’s favorite part about working for the law firm is that she is able to help people when they are injured and make a painful process easier. Kimberly is also passionate about letting clients know how much the firm cares about their case and helping them get better, treating each client as if they are family.
When Kimberly is not helping our clients, she likes spending her time helping teenagers get involved in community service and worship. Kimberly is active with the youth group at her parish at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She also enjoys spending time with her spouse and their two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Husky.

Alaina Berry
Legal Assistant
Alaina Berry is a Legal Assistant for Finney Injury Law. Alaina’s favorite part about working for a law office is being able to be a part of a team that helps individuals overcome problems and move forward during difficult times. Alaina is passionate about seeing real justice prevail. She takes pride in being a member of a team that is not afraid to fight for client’s rights having seen the value of having an attorney by your side during a tough legal situation.
When Alaina is not actively assisting clients, Alaina loves spending time with her 5-year-old son, Grayson. Together they love to attend and root for both the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals, going to the park, and eating cupcakes.

MeLinda Horrell
Digital Marketing Manager
MeLinda Horrell is the Digital Marketing Manager with Finney Injury Law, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, from Webster University in 2008. At the age of 24, MeLinda found herself a single mother needing to make a future for her daughter. Taking full-time college courses during the day and waiting tables at night MeLinda worked towards completing her degree. Facing the recession upon graduation jobs were limited. But, MeLinda never wavered from her goals, always seeking employment opportunities that allowed her to serve others.
Now, Finney Injury Law is happy to have MeLinda on the team. MeLinda enjoys working with the firm because it allows her to serve others and she is grateful for that opportunity.
In her spare time, MeLinda loves to travel to new places when she can, recently visiting the Myan City of Chichen Itza, with her husband, Brian. MeLinda also stays busy with her daughters Evelyn & Allison, son, Brandon, and step-son Nick, running her children to baseball practice, soccer games or gymnastics. When she is not with her family, MeLinda loves to decorate and do DIY craft projects. MeLinda also likes to enjoy a meal at Roberto’s Trattoria, watch her favorite TV show “This Is Us,” and cheer on her favorite sports teams the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues and her daughter’s soccer team, RealWC Elite.
Samantha Campbell
Legal Intern
Samantha Campbell is a Legal Intern with Finney Injury Law. Samantha recently graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (concentration in society and law) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Samantha is currently attending Washington University School of Law and will graduate in 2023.
At SLU, Samantha graduated Summa Cum Laude and she received a first-place award for her literature review discussing standpoint theory, the impact of spatial disadvantage on rural women and mothers, and the effect of nuclear family structures on employment and poverty in rural America.
Samantha was drawn to the legal profession because of the field’s ability to provide a platform and voice to those who have been wronged, disadvantaged, or overlooked, and she is passionate about helping people remedy a problem that deeply affects their lives.
With Finney Injury Law, Samantha enjoys supporting the attorneys and staff members so they can focus on helping the clients.
Outside the firm, Samantha has been involved in many tutoring and educational programs that help children and students reach their academic goals. She also co-founded a non-profit tutoring organization at a local mosque that helps students struggling in the K-12 age range.
