Finney Injury Law recently donated $500 to local non-profit Helmets First! Our contribution will provide 50 children with a free bike helmet. The local non-profit was founded in 2004, working to educate the community on bicycle helmet safety and traumatic brain injury (TBI) prevention.
“TBIs are a common bicycle accident injury. When we saw the opportunity to support a cause that works so tirelessly to prevent this type of injury, we had to do it,” said firm owner Chris Finney.
Helmets First! partners with local police stations in Missouri and Illinois to provide free bike helmets to children. For a list of local partners, click here.
