Virtual Intake Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)
Finney Injury Law is a boutique, trial-focused personal injury firm in St. Louis. We take on a focused caseload and prepare every case as if it's going to trial — and it all starts with intake. The person in this role is the first voice many injured people hear when they reach out to us, and the work matters: it's about making sure no one who calls falls through the cracks.
We're looking for a part-time Virtual Intake Specialist to answer inbound calls from prospective clients, gather the facts of their situation, document everything accurately, and route each matter to the right attorney. This is a fully remote position covering our busy afternoon hours.
What we're looking for:
• A warm, calm, and professional phone presence — you'll often be speaking with people who are stressed or in pain
• Strong attention to detail and clean documentation habits
• Comfort working independently and exercising sound judgment
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace
• Prior legal intake, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
The details:
• Part-time, 25 hours per week — Monday through Friday, 2:00–7:00 PM Central
• Fully remote
• W-2 employee, $24/hour
